I’m a mom of 3 with a passion for supporting women on their birth journey. I believe our culture doesn’t properly recognize the importance of the birth experience or the postpartum period. I’m hoping my work will help change that culture one family at a time.

I don’t believe there is one right way to give birth. You will decide what your ideal birth experience looks like. Having had three births at home, I offer my unique perspective for those who are contemplating where they want to give birth and how to get through an unmedicated birth.

As an NWA childbirth educator and doula, I think of myself as a guide who shows you the paths you could take and the challenges you might face. You choose your own path, and I support you while advocating for your choices.

Your birth journey leads you to your baby, but birth doesn’t end your journey. When you scale a mountain, you get to the peak, but you still need to come back down. I believe support in the postpartum period is critical and can enhance your physical and emotional recovery, which can lead to more self-confidence and enjoyment as a mom.

I’ll make sure you’re eating well, staying hydrated, and getting the rest you need. By easing the challenges of the postpartum period, I help you focus on bonding with your baby and healing, ensuring a smoother, more joyful experience as you embark on this beautiful journey. I offer postpartum doula care to moms in Bentonville, Rogers, Centerton, and Bella Vista.
