I’m a Bentonville postpartum doula who would love to offer my support to you and your family.  As a Bentonville postpartum doula, I make sure you are well nourished, hydrated, rested, and make sure you don’t feel like you are alone.  Mom is often times so focused on taking care of her new baby that her needs are often neglected.  This is where I, as a Bentonville postpartum doula come in and can help.  A few ways I can support you include cooking healthy meals, assisting you with feeding, doing light housework, allowing you some personal time for rest or to take a break, and checking in with your mental health.

We’ll meet prior to your new baby arriving to create a detailed postpartum plan that will help you feel more confident as you and your family go through this transition. This important and informative meeting will take place in person at your home in Bentonville.
