Lesli is an experienced DONA certified doula, Mom of five and Grandma to two little boys. She is a breastfeeding counselor and also has training in Spinning Babies.

She brings a calm, steady energy to birth, balanced with a deep love for the beauty and celebration it holds. Lesli’s goal is to make sure every family feels held, supported, and surrounded by warmth as they step into parenthood. She believes every birth is unique, and she’s here to make sure you feel supported and celebrated through it all.

Birth Doula Grace Crouch serves families in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas, from Joplin to Springdale. She completed her doula training through DONA International in 2019 and earned certification through A Woman Who Serves in 2025. Drawing from both her professional training and personal birth experiences, Grace brings compassion, confidence, and understanding to every birth she attends. Her heart is to help women feel safe, supported, and empowered as they navigate the strength and surrender that labor requires.

Nicole is dual-certified as a birth doula with DONA International and Ujima Maternity Network. Nicole is also trained in Spinning Babies and is a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Nicole is a former teacher and mom of 3. As a doula, Nicole is a patient, calm presence during birth. Nicole strives to help the women she works with trust themselves and their bodies and she believes there is no one stronger or more capable than a mother. Nicole wants the families she works with to feel safe and supported throughout their journey to parenthood.
