NWA Postpartum Doula

Your NWA Postpartum Doula

“New Moms DON’T NEED To Bounce Back”

New moms NEED good support!

Affordable NWA Postpartum Doula Services

As your NWA postpartum doula, I come to your home to support you after your baby arrives.  I help your family with practical support that every new parent needs (such as meal preparation, cleaning, etc), but even more importantly I make sure mom is well taken care of physically and emotionally.

Good Support For Mom Results In…

  • Less Postpartum Depression

  • Less Stress

  • More Breastfeeding Success

  • More Confidence In Motherhood

How I Can Support You…

Bubble Time

Do you need a little time for a relaxing bath or short nap? I can watch baby while you get refreshed.

Mom’s Recovery

We discuss the changes and challenges you may face during recovery, and I help you understand what is common.

Baby Sleep/Parent Sleep

We discuss safe-infant sleep and normal infant sleep. We will strategize ways for each parent to get more sleep.

Light Housework

I make the day’s to-do list lighter by taking care of tasks like laundry, light cleaning, organizing, bottle cleaning, dishes, etc.

Meal Planning/Prep

I’m an experienced cook! I can prepare snacks, lunch or meal prep for dinner.  I also have lots of great meal ideas.

Breastfeeding Support

I can assist with breastfeeding by providing educational support.  I can also make you feel more confident of how to tell if baby is getting enough.

Formula Feeding

If you’ve decided to feed your baby formula, I support you in your choice. I can assist you with bottle prep and techniques.

Emotional Support

Many mothers feel an emotional benefit from sharing their birth experience.  I am here to listen and help you process that experience.

Pricing & Packages

I encourage you to plan ahead and reserve an NWA postpartum doula package during your pregnancy, so we can have an in-depth meeting to make a postpartum plan before baby arrives. During this meeting we discuss a variety of topics including: feeding your baby, parent responsibilities, safe baby sleep, sleeping schedules for parents, mom’s recovery & mental health, roles & expectations for parents, and visitors & boundaries.

*If you would like private in-depth, in-person breastfeeding education, I can add this on at no additional cost during our prenatal meeting.

Yes! I would be happy to help you feel confident for labor even if I won’t be present.  I am happy to add on an in-depth birth planning meeting and/or a meeting where I come to your home and show you/your support partners birth positions, comfort measures & other tips.  If you are interested in adding these extra meetings on, please mention this in your inquiry form.
