I offer a free consultation (virtual on Zoom or in-person), a free breastfeeding class, and a one-on-one birth or postpartum planning session for a low price which can be applied to any doula package if you decide to hire me.

The information you find online about breastfeeding may not be helpful or is outdated.
Well intentioned family members who offer advice are not always up-to-date.
As someone who struggled with breastfeeding, I wish I had known what I cover in this class.
40% of women quit after 1 month of breastfeeding. This is often due to a belief they can’t make enough milk. I believe simply understanding how breastfeeding works and having a plan for getting help will make all the difference.

BIRTH PLANNING SESSION: We create a plan that will guide you towards your ideal birth experience. I help you navigate all of the options for birth, and in the end you will have a roadmap and a tool for evaluating if your birth team will support your goals.

POSTPARTUM PLANNING SESSION: Avoid unnecessary stress and relationship troubles by making a plan! Together we dive deep into many important topics to make sure you and your partner have the best start once baby arrives. As a mom of 3 I bring perspective to these challenges.
